This was a great trip and our leader Paul was wonderful! There is one major caution, the lodging at the Holiday Inn was terrible. They may be struggling with post Covid staffing, but I cannot recommend this trip in St. George unless they use a different hotel. I would suggest the Sedona, Arizona trip as an alternative. It’s a very similar trip and the lodging was excellent.

This was my first Road Scholar trip and I enjoyed getting out again after two years of covid lockdown. The program was well organized and moved along nicely. The golf instructors were all top notch and made good suggestions for future play. I could have used at least a half-day mid-week for some downtime. The golf courses in St. George were varied and beautiful.

The golf instruction was adaptable to all levels of play. The courses were scenic and somewhat challenging. The geological information was just right for the non-expert, and the guide added to the enjoyment and appreciation of the hike. The group size (24) was small enough to have a chance to meet and chat with everyone. The schedule for about 6 hours of activity a day was just right.

My second time around doing this golfing adventure was just as much fun as the first time! The scenery and golf courses around St. George are beautiful. I definitely picked up some helpful golfing tips, too. In fact, I even got my first hole-in-one since I have been home!! The different restaurants we visited were quite good. Our accommodations were very adequate. I once again enjoyed Paul, our tour guide, for his subtle humor. You gotta do this one! It's fun!

This was a most wonderful adventure in a most beautiful part of our country. The golf courses were lovely. The restaurants selected were terrific. I'd take this trip again in a heartbeat.

Great program! I can see why people do it more than once! Golf courses are awesome, instructors are great and the lessons were so helpful. Trip to Zion and snow canyon were wonderful. We made some great new friends and hope to get together in the near future. Paul is a great guide, knowledgeable and very laid back. Looking forward to returning to Utah to do another trip!

I would classify myself as a rather mediocre golfer who occasionally has good shots. At the end of this program, I would classify myself as a "much improved" golfer who had more good shots than bad ones. This is a great program for anyone who wants to improve their game, make some friends, and play some absolutely gorgeous golf courses. Lessons were excellent, pinpointed my weak points and helped me turn them into strong points. It was tremendous fun playing with others in the group and helped my confidence on the course. I was surprised to see that some people had done this same program as many as 5 times. I will take this program again sometime in the future..... it was that much fun.

Great opportunity for beginning up to good golfers to improve their skills, enjoy some new courses in a beautiful area of the country you probably have yet to see,and to get away from winter weather while making some new friends

This program provides a great way to get re-energized about your golf game as a new season comes into view. Golf instruction was professional and suitable for all levels, the time on the courses was fun, and the surroundings spectacular. The field trips were worthwhile even though we were in the middle of a rain storm in Zion. But, we did see amazing waterfalls!
