EasyFor people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
ModerateThese programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
ActiveFor people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately ChallengingFor hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
ChallengingGet ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

The program was excellent the accomodations were top notch, speakers were very interesting, and the group leader, Tom Giles, was a superb individual who smoothly and affably guided us through the program. One suggestion regarding the meals is to ask us for a choice for the opening night dinner. We were served salmon which my husband and I do not like, and therefore had no dinner that night. Aleo, although the hotel was more than comfortable, the dinner seating arrangements in the lobby were scattered tables for 2 or for 4 and this was not conducive to intersactin with and meeting other program participants.

I thought this program was very good.

I am not a die hard baseball fan (although my husband is) but I found the invited speakers as well as as the group facilitator, Tom, to be excellent.

The group dynamics were good and very comfortable.

The transportation was good and comfortable and provided great accessibility to the stadiums.

The main drawback was the quality of the hotel and services.
The rooms were too worn, a bit undercleaned and many items were not working well (we did not have a refrigerator the whole week, our tub faucet did not work well, there was huge noise from the room above us throughout the night--through walking on the floor).

The meeting rooms were fine and the dinners were fine.
The breakfasts were OK but there is a huge need for better tasting coffee!

Overall, we were there for the baseball and that is what was great and what counted the most.

So thank you for a well done program.
